Oui, je me suis fait plaisir) : Télé Beovision avec pied motorisé, Beosound Moment, enceintes Beolab etc.Depuis deux ans maintenant, j'ai des problèmes d'images avec ma télé : des barres verticales apparaissent sur l'ensemble de l'écran (pour une télé haut de gamme à 18000€ !). J'ai aussi des problèmes de plantage de mon Beosound Moment, donc difficile d'écouter de la musique !!Ils ont reconnus qu'il y avait un problème sur la dalle de la télé (origine Samsung, j'ai regardé sur internet, je ne suis pas le seul) et la période de garantie étant dépassée, m'ont proposé soit de remplacer ma télé par un nouveau modèle pour 12000€, soit l'échanger contre la même pour 6500€. Pas cool du tout pour une télé qui a 5 ans et une marque comme B&O! Et pour la Beosound Moment, ils ont reconnus qu'il y avait un problème (à priori je ne suis pas le seul non plus) et qu'ils me le remplacerait si je remplace ma télé.Bref, évidemment, je n'ai pas à nouveau dépensé plusieurs milliers d'euros pour avoir ce que j'aurai dû avoir d'office. Donc aujourd'hui.J'ai fait plusieurs démarche de conciliation amiable (j'ai fait appel à un médiateur) et ils ne me répondent même plus !
