    Lii Surmont: Dommage, on a du faire un aller retour dans le vent car il fallait le ticket de caisse papier et la preuve numĂ©rique ne suffisait pas. A l'heure oĂč tous les commerçants demande si on veut son ticket par soucis de gaspillage de papier, il serait temps de vous poser des questions. D'autant plus qu'il n'est spĂ©cifiĂ© nul part ni sur le site, ni par SMS ou mail qu'il faut absolument le ticket. NĂ©anmoins la dame de l'accueil nous a gentillement expliquer la procĂ©dure en prenant note de notre mĂ©contentement et en le remontant car nous ne sommes pas les seuls Ă  avoir eu ce problĂšmeUpdate: Suite Ă  votre rĂ©ponse, j'ai bien un compte ikea family mais une preuve d'achat sur mon tĂ©lĂ©phone n'Ă©tait pas recevable.
