The vehicles are excellent , like new and well maintained. We always take out CDW insurance and have never had any quibbles , like some other rental agencies , when we return the vehicles. We have never had any incidents with the vehicles, but have the confidence in this agency that if we did we would have things sorted smoothly.

I went to Bruges, parked in their touristy parking garage with beautiful green chargers are lined up... but OMG! It didn't like my card! I then tried to sign up for the app and the app didn't like my card! I then figured that I'd find another charger close by (at the train station) and everything would be rainbows and unicorns, but OMG, the other charging stations didn't want my money and using the app I was directed to didn't help either!That is when my local resource, Adrien, saved the day! We downloaded the ELECTROMAPS app and whoola! It verified my credit card straight away, and THEN everything was actually rainbows and unicorns!! I was able to charge the car quickly and painlessly for the rest of of the trip! Just make sure you find the fast charging stations. The non-fast chargers suck!

Nous avons déposé une réclamation sans réponse depuis le 15 Août 2022 et ouvert un dossier litige avec notre assurance qui réclame la facture de réparation ... réparation toujours pas effectué au 28 Septembre ... donc pas de remboursement possible !!! Une fois dans le parking, ce n'est pas clairement indiqué non plus. Mais ça l'est uun minimum contrairement à l'extérieur.
