The place gives pride of place to the alliance of the old and the contemporary. Very pleasant, warm and versatile thanks to the different rooms, this place of reception is really to be recommended. Special mention for the Workshop which offers all the educational material and a room configuration/area conducive to co-development and collective intelligence workshops 🤩. Nicolas Courtois: J'ai passé 2 ans dans ces bureaux et il ne sont pas comme les autres. Le bâtiments est spacieux et les locaux sont accueillants mais ce n'est pas ce qui fait la différence au Regus de Lille Europe.La différence viens de l'accueil. C'est un centre ou la communauté à sa place de part son personnel souriant et bienveillant mais aussi par les différentes que l'on peux faire autour d'un café.Vous pourriez aussi bien décompressé que trouver de nouvelles idées ou de nouveaux business dans ce coworking qui saura vous accueillir.

En revanche, le service client est désastreux, les renouvellements d'abonnement se font sans l'accord des entreprises, et quand bien meme REGUS reconnait que les emails de renouvellement ne sont pas partis (Juillet 2018), cette société ne prend pas en compte nos plaintes et continue d'ignorer nos demandes de remboursement. Toujours compliqué d'avoir un responsable au téléphone. La gestion est désastreuse. A ce jour, nous n'avons toujours pas été remboursé.

The ELECTROMAPS app will save you!I am not sure why, but there were very few charging stations that would take my money! The first charging station I encountered was a "Carrefour Energies" fast charger in front of a Carrefour store. Everything went smooth as expected, took my credit card which had the chip and the touchless feature, no app needed!Then the issue of finding a charger became HARD! I went to Bruges, parked in their touristy parking garage with beautiful green chargers are lined up... but OMG! It didn't like my card! I then tried to sign up for the app and the app didn't like my card! I then figured that I'd find another charger close by (at the train station) and everything would be rainbows and unicorns, but OMG, the other charging stations didn't want my money and using the app I was directed to didn't help either!That is when my local resource, Adrien, saved the day! We downloaded the ELECTROMAPS app and whoola! It verified my credit card straight away, and THEN everything was actually rainbows and unicorns!! I was able to charge the car quickly and painlessly for the rest of of the trip! Just make sure you find the fast charging stations. The non-fast chargers suck!

J’explique à la collaboratrice que c’est la première fois qu’on me demande de payer des frais de jeune conducteur car je voyage souvent pour le travaSa réponse on responsable me dit que c’est informatique et qu’one peut rien faire, et si vous n’êtes pas content, vous n’avez qu’à refaire le trajet à l’agence pour faire part du mécontentement à son directeur.Personnellement dès qu’un client n’est pas satisfait je vais moi-même le voir pour trouver une solution adéquate et éviter qu’il se sente lésé.Au total quasiment 440 euros la location de la 107 essence pour à peine 200 km effectué. L’entreprise devait me rappeler pour avoir le fin mot de l’histoire, malheureusement je l’ai appris sur le compte bancaire.Plus jamais, ni personnellement, ni dans le cadre de mon activité ne fera plus jamais appel à cette agence.Je ferai également le nécessaire auprès de mon réseau pour que personne de mon entourage fasse appel de nouveau à cette agence.

Sauf qu'a l'arrivée sur l'agence de Labège (31) un défaut pourtant signalé ne passe pas leur règle de contrôle, au bilan 1500€ de franchise prélevé le lendemain matin. Nous avons déposé une réclamation sans réponse depuis le 15 Août 2022 et ouvert un dossier litige avec notre assurance qui réclame la facture de réparation ... réparation toujours pas effectué au 28 Septembre ... donc pas de remboursement possible !!! Arnaque soigneusement étudiée OU pas de chance ?? Messieurs de la Direction nous attendons vos réponses.
