Carine M.: SAV Catastrophique!! Lampe Kattel achetĂ©e sur MadeInDesign qui ne fonctionnait pas. RapportĂ©e le jour mĂȘme en magasin pour un SAV. A la suite de cela Aucun suivi ni par telephone, ni par mail. DĂ©jĂ  lĂ  c est assez etonnant pour ce type d enseigne... J ai ete obligĂ©e de me rendre en magasin quelques jours plus tard pour avoir quelques infos sur le SAV concernant cette lampe. Le 1er juillet j appelle Ă  nouveau le magasin pour savoir ce qu il en est. On me dit que justement la lampe doit quitter l entrepot le lundi 3 juillet. Nous sommes le 13 juillet toujours pas de news. J ai appelĂ© aujourd hui Ă  6 reprises le magasin Printemps Lille toujours pour avoir des nouvelles de la lampe... Aucune rĂ©ponse! Personne ne rĂ©pond!!! Inadmissible. Vraiment je ne ferai plus d achat d articles pouvant nĂ©cessiter un SAV au Printemps! A Ă©viter pour les achats autres que vĂȘtements/chaussures!

Lucile Troff: Too bad we can't put 0 stars. Haughty saleswomen who stare at you at the entrance without a hello or a smile. It should be more simple, you only work in a clothing store that can absolutely be found everywhere.

What a shame to have beautiful little shops like yours and to have the most unpleasant staff! First of all, when you enter, not a hello but a head-to-toe analysis to see how you are dressed. And yes, if your look does not match that of the store, it is obviously not interesting to take care of you. I would like to point out ladies, that it is not because you come with a simpler outfit that you do not have the means or taste in terms of clothing! 😉. Furthermore, I was looking for a gift, more specifically a Pascale Monvoisin ring (jewelry sold only in this store in Lille), hesitating between two models, the friendly saleswoman "kindly" slipped to me that it was not a budget which required a great deal of thought (a ring which still amounted to 600€ for a gift). So I in turn kindly thanked this lady for introducing me to these items and I quickly left this unwelcoming shop to buy it on the net. To go back to my previous words, what a shame to buy an item on the internet that can be found in an independent shop! But when you see the welcome, the friendliness of the staff in any case you want to make this kind of merchants benefit! You are absolutely not like the brands you sell. So, dear simple saleswomen (I'm trying to put myself in your state of mind: petty and haughty) learn to smile and stop judging appearances, you may be well dressed (that said, it's normal because you have to wear what you sell) but your person is horrible, awful especially you, blonde lady looking like a marquise lady who works in the shop on the left. A tip: change your mentality or work away from structures that welcome the public 😌
