    Tifa Ben: Heureusement que les jeunes vendeurs sont lĂ  parce que les anciens ont l'air tellement aigris (je pense particuliĂšrement Ă  une vendeuse qui tire toujours une tronche de 7 pieds de long). Je mets 4 Ă©toiles pour la gentillesse des jeunes le style de vĂȘtements qui me plaĂźt trĂšs souvent et la qualitĂ©. Vive les rĂ©ductions en boutique car ça reste cher.
    Br M: L'homme d'un certain ùge en caisse particuliÚrement désagréable. Incapable d'expliquer les conditions de remboursement concernant les promotions. Et il me dit que je pose des problÚmes en caisse ! Là c'était trop !! Je lui ai rappelé les avis Google le concernant et soudainement, il est devenu artificiellement trÚs poli.Magasin qui n'est plus que l'ùme de ce qu'il était il y a quelques années... Beaucoup moins de choix pour les collections adultes.Quand cela s'ajoute à la présence d'un personnage trÚs désagréable, à fuir !!

    Sara Lille: Je suis cliente depuis des annĂ©es chez GAP.Aujourd'hui je viens ici tĂ©moigner car je suis encore sous le choc du manque de respect subi par le vendeur en caisse.Je suis venue pour un Ă©change. Ayant un compte client j'ai mes tickets de caisse dĂ©matĂ©rialisĂ©s. Le vendeur (responsable magasin?) m'a mal parlĂ© d'entrĂ©e de jeu. Il me disait sur un ton donneur de leçon que c'Ă©tait n'importe quoi de faire un achat et de ne pas garder le ticket de caisse. Qu'il n'allait pas pouvoir faire d'Ă©change. Un peu estomaquĂ©e, je lui dis que c'est le cas dans de nombreuses enseignes, et que c'Ă©tait le vendeur mĂȘme chez GAP qui m'avait dit qu'en tant que cliente je n'avais pas besoin de garder le ticket. Je vous passe les dĂ©tails sordides de la discussion ... ce monsieur prĂ©tendait que je disais n'importe quoi. Que je mentais ou bien que j'avais eu des hallucinations auditives, que jamais personne dans sa boutique m'aurait dit cela. Et qu'aucune enseigne ne faisait cela ... bref, du gros dĂ©lire ... et qu'en gros, il allait quand mĂȘme me faire la faveur et me faire l'Ă©change, car en effet ... il a retrouvĂ© en deux clics mon ticket de caisse sur mon compte client.Pas un mot d'excuse, juste de l'agressivitĂ© et du mĂ©pris.Je crois sincĂšrement que jamais aucun vendeur.euse ne s'est ainsi acharnĂ© sur moi. Il ferait mieux d'aller faire un peu de mĂ©ditation ce monsieur, ou bien de prendre quelques jours de congĂ©s ... allez, namastĂ© ... et merci aux autres vendeurs.

Je ne trouve pas cela trĂšs commercial ; de plus je connais les tailles mais les modĂšles de pantalons Gap ne taillent pas vraiment comme les autres marques.Je ne fais gĂ©nĂ©ralement aucuns commentaires nĂ©gatifs mais lĂ , je suis restĂ©e estomaquĂ©e face Ă  ce genre de personne.Je termine sur une note positive, je suis revenue Ă©changer un des pantalons et le jeune vendeur m’a gentiment aidĂ© Ă  trouver la bonne taille.     Fethy Bouazza: Une horreur ! Un magasin a fuir Ă  tout prix ! De l’accueil jusqu’à la caisse en passant par les pseudos vendeurs. Un des plus grands fans et fidĂšle de la marque, du plus petit de mes enfants au plus grand de la famille. C’était la derniĂšre fois de toute ma vie que j’entrai dans un magasin. AprĂšs 30 minutes de choix d’articles et aprĂšs avoir Ă©changĂ© avec plusieurs vendeurs. Je me dirige vers la cabine Ă  18h43, pour essayer mes articles et lĂ  on vient me sortir de la cabine en me disant que je ne peux pas essayer ! J’explique que j’en ai pour quelques minutes, et lĂ  on me dit clairement qu’il en est hors de question. J’étais choquĂ© et je me suis senti humiliĂ© par un tel manque de professionnalisme. Je dĂ©cide de reposer mes articles et il est Ă©vident que plus jamais je ne me rendrai dans un quelconque magasin GAP, qui devient du trĂšs bas de gamme en terme de service.
