Our choice fell on the gourmet coffee, very far from being gourmet! Dani Moon: The food was really incredible, but the whole thing took far too long.We (as a party of 2) ordered the 7 course menu but all in all there are actually about 10 courses when you include aperitifs and pre dessert etc. We were there over 3 and a half hours, we were eating fast but there was often 30-40 minutes between courses making it feel very slow and long and not the standard I expected from a restaurant like this. By the time we finished the mains I was exhausted and tempted to skip the two dessert courses and just go home.The staff were friendly and very nice, explained all the menu and each course in English. Overall the kitchen just let down the experience on the timing of this as I didn’t expect to be the first into the restaurant and still there close to closing time.Overall, I probably would not go back or recommend this as an experience to friends and family despite the good food.

J’ai commandĂ© le trio de tartare en formule plat-dessert(sans boisson). Une formule Ă  29€, prix plutĂŽt correct. Je mange mon premier tartare, tout va bien. Arrive le deuxiĂšme tartare, en mangeant ce dernier j’ai retrouvĂ© un morceau de plastique assez grand et surtout assez pointu. Je ne veux pas imaginer si je l’avais avalĂ©. Suite Ă  ça, j’appelle directement le chef de salle (soixantaine d’annĂ©es, grisonnant avec une moustache). Il vient Ă  notre table, il rĂ©cupĂšre le morceau de plastique et part en cuisine. Pas un mot, pas une excuse. J’ai du l’interpeller pour demander des comptes, il m’a dit qu’on verrait Ă  la fin du repas. Suite Ă  cela, appĂ©tit coupĂ©, je n’ai pas terminĂ© mon assiette. Ce monsieur ne m’a meme pas proposĂ© de remplacer mon assiette, car selon lui j’avais mangĂ© les 3/4 du plat. À la fin du repas le chef de salle envoie un de ses employĂ©s Ă  notre table. Il me dit « on vous fait 10% sur votre formule ». 10% sur une formule Ă  29€, c’est un peu se moquer du monde. Je suis donc allĂ© voir directement ce monsieur. On avait une table de 13 personnes, commandĂ© plusieurs bouteilles de vin, etc
 Me proposer 10% (2,90€ sur le formule), c’était un peu la goute d’eau qui a fait dĂ©border le vase. Au final j’ai eu -25% toujours sur ma formule, mais bon, en bataillant avec lui pendant 5min. Bref fuyez ce restaurant, ce n’était pas un comportement professionnel.

We had the Carrés de Maroilles Panés for the entrée, then for the main we had a Carbonade Flamande that was fine and the meat was well-cooked, and a Welsh Complet.
