On me donne l'article en exposition, avec ses défauts (griffes, saletés, etc), et je dois revenir en boutique pour le signaler.Sans compter la mauvaise qualité du produit qui au bout d'un mois perd sa couleur, la chaine s'oxyde, etc.En retour ? "Merci de bien vouloir renvoyer votre sac pour 10 semaines en atelier en précisant chacun des défauts afin de voir s'il est possible de corriger le défaut". Pas de dédommagement, pas de remise, payer l'article 500 euros et débrouillez-vous.Etant donné le prix que l'on met pour un article, la moindre des choses et de se soucier de la satisfaction de ses clients.L'avis est mis sur la boutique du dernier achat, mais concerne aussi bien la boutique du printemps Haussman (PARIS).

(outlet or not, the guarantee remains the same) she immediately cut off mid-sentence saying it was not possible!!So I turned to the Lancel store located on the main square in Lille, which did everything to help me and found a solution!!!!My bag is on its way to the workshop so IT WAS POSSIBLE!!!In addition, I also contacted customer service by email who confirmed that it was possible to send it to the workshop or exchange it for another bag of the same value.For a luxury brand, this seller leaves something to be desired.
