Argyris Apostolidis: I contacted the repair service for my broken sofa. I sent them the receipt from the online order and a photo of the sofa, and they initially argued that they couldn't fix it because the colors weren't the same, even though they definitely were. Afterwards, they said that the sofa was out of warranty. Despite my offer to pay whatever the cost might be, they still insisted they couldn't fix it.

Adrien Masurel: 5 stars for the staff at the Lille store, who were extremely accommodating with my problem of a lost package following an order placed on the website. The customer service of the website has shown itself to be totally incompetent and rigid in the face of an error that is theirs to manage. The existing compartmentalization between the web and the physical store is a disaster for the customer experience and demonstrates huge shortcomings in omnichannel management.In short, a good point for the Lille store, but a very bad one for the Maison du Monde site, which will get the rating it deserves on trustpilot.

Fanny Lubrez: Visite chez Roche Bobois dans l’optique de l’achat d’un canapé, nous sommes entrés dans la boutique et personne ne nous a ni même regardé ou dit bonjour. Nous sommes passés devant un vendeur, occupé sur son iPad, nous avons du lui répéter à 2 reprises « bonjour » pour avoir l’honneur d’en entendre un sortir de la bouche d’un vendeur de ce magasin ! Nous nous sommes assis à plusieurs reprises dans un canapé, regardé les informations pendant au moins 10 minutes, mais PERSONNE ne s’est intéressé à nous, rien ! Après un tour entier dans toute la boutique, nous sommes finalement partis car très déçus de cet non accueil. C’est à se demander si notre apparence de couple jeune ne sous entend pas que nous ne sommes pas en capacité d’acheter un ou plusieurs produits chez Roche Bobois.

Pas un mot…. Je venais vraiment pour acheter mais je pars à la maison du convertible à Seclin.Quelle honte ces gens qui n’ont jamais envie de travailler !
