louise Prs: J'ai rarement vu un Sephora aussi peu agrĂ©able, tout d'abord les prĂ©sentoirs sont tous bien remplis certes mais au final les produits sont VIDES donc ça donne envie d'y aller quand on se trouve Ă  3m d'eux. Ensuite parlons des "vendeuses / conseillĂšres ", il s'agirait de revoir la formation de certaines, en effet j'ai du apprendre Ă  une conseillĂšre Ă  me faire un Ă©chantillon (on aura tout vu). Puis pour la partie service, il faut augmenter le nombre de caissiĂšres car pour une file d'attente d'environ 15 personnes il n'y a qu'une caissiĂšre avec certes des caisses rapides mais HORS SERVICE. Le service click and collect qui est censĂ© ĂȘtre rapide j'ai attendu au total 34MIN juste pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer 1 SEUL PRODUIT. J'ai demandĂ© Ă  peine en rentrant de l'aide pour savoir Ă  qui me prĂ©senter pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer une commande, on m'invite Ă  aller Ă  la caisse et aprĂšs 10min d'attente Ă  la caisse, on m'invite Ă  aller sur le cĂŽtĂ© et que quelqu'un est censĂ© venir qui au final n'est jamais venu. J'ai du de nouveau interpeller une vendeuse qui a trouvĂ© aberrant d'attendre aussi longtemps mais au final elle a bien mis 10min Ă  me sortir la commande qui Ă©tait censĂ©e ĂȘtre prĂȘte depuis la veille. Malheureusement je n'ai pas reçu d'enquĂȘte satisfaction pour la rĂ©ception de ma commande.
