My refund is pending ( it has been 5 months !!!) because of LV not releasing this form ( we have sent all documents necessary to LV ) .Customer service is impossible to reach , the person in charge of our case does not reply to our emails nor whatâs app messages . That is very disappointing and we have lost so much time chasing anyone who could sort it out .I was expecting a smoother service from such a famous luxury house âŠ.. it ruined my experience at LOUIS VUITTON.
