Bug informatique, fausses informations sur les promos, attente interminable et 0 geste commercial de la part du responsable rayon téléphonie (car déjà une promo selon lui, et oui Samsung offre des écouteurs si l'on achète un nouveau téléphone Samsung, mais cette promo est proposée et financée par Samsung, aucun rapport avec la Fnac, là encore mauvaise foi).Puis la dame à la billetterie me demande de mentir sur ma situation pour le contrat de paiement en 3 fois avec leur partenaire.Je fais mon achat sur le site avec livraison express, le lendemain le livreur se présente devant chez moi, puis repart sans sonner. Au téléphone, Chronopost m'indique qu'ils ont reçu une demande de retour de la part de la Fnac sans motif.Au téléphone, le conseiller de la Fnac SAV constate et ne sait pas quoi me dire et bégaye, et me dit que le mieux qu'il puisse faire c'est renvoyer l'article la semaine suivante le temps de faire remonter l'info !0 geste commercial. Expérience client néant. La Fnac ne tient pas la route, c'est clairement la honte du e-commerce Français, et peut être même bientôt du commerce en boutique aussi. Pour les livres il y a les Furets, pour le reste Boulanger.Commandez chez Amazon vous aurez un vrai service et largement plus de sérieux.

Plus le fait que le retour de pause est à 15h, ce qui est un problème pour les gens qui ont leurs poses de travail qui se finissent avant 15h. THE BIBI SPHERE !: Dans un premier temps mention spéciale pour noah ainsi que sa responsable qui ont été au petits soins pendant tout mon shopping sachant que j’étais très hésitante ils ont fait preuve d’une grande patiente, écoute et de très bons conseils durant tout le processus de recherche et d’achat je reviendrais sans hésitation il est plaisant de voire qu’il y a encore un bon relationnel et service client dans les boutiques encore merci pour tout en vous souhaitant le meilleur pour la suite !!

Alex Vst: Super enseigne. Les produits sont très beaux pour toutes les bourses. L'équipe en place est très sympa, ma femme ne parle plus que d'Amandine de chez maison du monde pour notre décoration ! Les vendeurs sont très agréables et de très bons conseils.

Nous avons acheté un ensemble de tables de salons en verre et métal noir, au bout d’une semaine la table en métal présentait plusieurs griffes alors que nous faisons attention, refus de leur part de l’échanger ou de la reprendre sous prétexte qu’il n’y aura pas eu de retour sur ce modèle précédemment…. De retour au magasin nous constatons pourtant que les tables identiques en expo présentent le même problème, réponse du magasin oui mais ce sont des tables en expo les gens posent des choses dessus 🙃🙃🙃, non mais sérieusement !!! En résumé si vous achetez des meubles chez eux ils ne doivent servir qu’a être exposés et ne peuvent pas être utilisés 🤬🤬🤬🤬. Magasin à fuir, cher pour ce que qu’on vous vend. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus.
antoine mayaud: Encore un magasin qui va mourir face au commerce internet car n’offre aucunService différenciant susceptible de me faire dire: « ah au moins chez eux on s’occupe vraiment de nous ». Voici en effet les faits: ce matin nous allons chercher notre commande, un gros fauteuil assez lourd pour nous (70 ans). Nous nous garons devant l’entrée et demandons au vendeur de m’aider à le porter dans mon coffre (10m à franchir). « ah non monsieur c’est interdit par notre règlement intérieur »!!!! Je fais venir la directrice qui me confirme que c’est interdit dans les procédures. Je fais valoir que les règles sont faites pour les humains et non l’inverse, en vain.
