Clémence & Christophe - Mariage 24 Juin 2017: Quand nous avons fait confiance à cette imprimerie, rencontrée sur le salon du mariage de Lille, pour la réalisation de nos faire parts, nous étions loin de nous douter de l'épreuve par laquelle nous allions passer.- Le devis initialement fait au salon du mariage s'est avéré majoré (sans modification de la prestation)- Le délai pour la réception des maquettes était excessivement long (compter 15 jours pour la réception de la 1ère maquette). Lorsque nous en parlions au personnel, ce dernier réfutait nos dires mais les dates des mails reçus faisaient foi ...- La qualité de la prestation laissait à désirer. Nous avions pourtant fourni un modèle exacte de ce que nous voulions (police, disposition, taille, emplacement, ...). Il a fallu 4 maquettes pour que cela corresponde à notre demande initiale. Il nous ont même menacé d'une majoration.Si nous avions suivi leur 1ère maquette, la date limite de réponse souhaitée serait apparu avant le texte d'annonce du mariage; original non?- Que dire de la relation humaine? Personnel qui ne se remet pas en question et qui a toujours raison. A l'oeil nu, il y avait des différences de taille entre les textes non demandé sur notre modèle initiale. On nous a sorti une règle pour vérifier nos dires...Systématiquement lorsque nous avions une remarque, le personnel n'avait pas forcément envie ou la motivation de les faire et nous le faisait bien ressentir.Bref, nous étions passé par l'imprimerie pour ne pas avoir de mauvaise surprise, nous le regrettons amèrement.Vous comprendrez donc pourquoi nous ne vous recommanderons pas cette imprimerie.Si vous avez des attentes précises sur la conception, passez votre chemin.
