    Olivia CASSE: J'ai eu l'occasion de découvrir cet institut, il y a quelques semaines, et j'ai été très déçue.Déjà, la prise de RDV a été chaotique (on a dû me rappeler 3 ou 4 fois pour modifier le jour et l'heure).Arrive enfin le jour du RDV, on me reçoit avec 40 min de retard, sans excuse. De ce fait, je n'ai pas pu faire le soin prévu (french), je suis donc partie sur quelque chose de plus simple.Le moment de payer arrive enfin, et là, je vous avoue avoir été très surprise de payer 114 € (pour un gainage aux ongles des mains et un semi aux pieds). Aucun geste commercial par rapport au retard.Le résultat aura tenu 14 jours au total !Et enfin , au moment de la dépose, personne ne pouvait me recevoir pour enlever le vernis aux mains, il faut aussi prendre un RDV....et la personne a été spécialement désagréable.Je suis finalement allée dans un autre institut qui m'a retiré le produit, et avec le sourire!Bref, je ne retournerai plus dans cet institut.

Là ce sont toutes de très jeunes filles qui alternent en faisant un peu de tout donc pas des pro de la manucure.Service:Manicure
