Lenaig Henry: Le défi était de taille: réussir à caser dans une minuscule salle de bain: douche, lavabo, wc. Nous avons été bluffés par les plans ingénieux et par les astuces déco qui augmentaient visuellement l’espace. Les plans en 3D sont top. Nous avons malheureusement rencontré des difficultés liés à un artisan, mais l’agence al nous a vraiment beaucoup soutenu pour que au final le résultat soit conforme à nos attentes. La salle de bain est maintenant terminée! Et elle est vraiment très très belle! Merci;-)

Argyris Apostolidis: I contacted the repair service for my broken sofa. I sent them the receipt from the online order and a photo of the sofa, and they initially argued that they couldn't fix it because the colors weren't the same, even though they definitely were. Afterwards, they said that the sofa was out of warranty. Despite my offer to pay whatever the cost might be, they still insisted they couldn't fix it.

Adrien Masurel: 5 stars for the staff at the Lille store, who were extremely accommodating with my problem of a lost package following an order placed on the website. The customer service of the website has shown itself to be totally incompetent and rigid in the face of an error that is theirs to manage.
