J'ai dû signer une attestation sur l'honneur pour prouver ma bonne foi auprès du "Géant des Beaux-Arts". On me répond que mon dossier est en cours et je ne sais même pas quand et si je serai remboursé de près de mes 200 euros. C'est absolument inacceptable.

La caissière (une arnaqueuse) m'a annoncé que le nettoyage de la guitare étais inclus alors que la mienne était propre, je n'ai vu aucune différence après. En revenant la chercher elle me l'a montré mais j'ai très bien vu qu'elle essayer de dissimuler les bouts de corde mal coupés, ma mère lui à donc demandé de les couper et elle à dis qu'elle n'avait pas vu (elle se fout de ma tête). En arrivant à mon examen je commence à jouer mes les cordes n'avait pas était bien mise donc elle frisait.Je suis extrêmement déçu et ne recommande absolument pas se magasin pour un changement de corde.
