But all the staff there was helpful every time I went. They were always willing to help you and did pretty much everything they could. But the system was just frustratingly slow. However I still give them four stars for their kindness and help.

Le dossier a été monté en août 2022. Nous sommes fin mars et les pièces du dossier n’ont même pas été ouvertes. En plus du problème de santé s’est ajouté le stresse d’avoir un assureur peu scrupuleux. J’ai tout essayé : mail, appel, service réclamation… rien à faire. Une entreprise qui derrière les discours se fiche de ses clients. On m’a même laissé à penser lors d’un appel que je subissais une discrimination. N’hésitez pas à me contacter si vous aussi vous êtes victime de cet « assureur »
