Olivier Goossens: Our stay was OK for one night. We didn't sleep very well because our room was too hot, without any decent aircon or the possibility to open the window. Shower and TV were broken. I would rate the hotel 3* instead of 4*.At the breakfast unfortunately I had a piece of glass in my fruit salad, which lead to bleeding gums in my mouth. We told the waitress, but she simply didn't care. It made the rest of our day in Lille very unpleasant. I cannot help but feel that this incident was handled in a very unprofessional way by the staff.
Lisa Sitterlé: Hotel bien situé et facile d'accès depuis les gares.Cependant plusieurs points ont ternies mon séjour.Tout d'abord, l'agent m'ayant donné la carte de ma chambre ne m'a donné aucune indications concernant les repas ou même le petit-déjeuner qui était compris dans ma formule. J'ai du ecouter les clients dans la file à cote de moi pour avoir ces informations.Concernant la chambre au 10ème, l'air conditionné ne semblait pas marcher, rendant l'atmosphère très pesante et chaude ce qui m'a empêché de dormir correctement et m'a procuré un mal de gorge qui perdure depuis mon départ. Je suis donc repartie encore plus fatiguée qu'à mon arrivée.1Enfin, ayant réservée via Voyages privées, je bénéficiais de plusieurs cocktails offerts. Cependant l'agent à qui j'ai demandé mes coupons semblait agacé de ma demande et à d'abord tenté de me donner la moitié de mon dû avant de me céder tous mes bons de manière désagréable.Son attitude reste néanmoins un cas isolé, le reste du personnel se montrant très professionnel et très serviable. Il est quand même TRES regrettable d'avoir l'impression de déranger et d'importuner un agent d'accueil, surtout dans un hôtel de ce rang.Outre ces points négatifs, le petit-déjeuner est varié et les cocktails tres rafraîchissants.Je reste néanmoins déçue de mon séjour.
Danny Balbini: I have looked at the other reviews, and honestly don't understand why there are such negative reviews of this city-centre establishment.We hit a crisis with the Eurostar. This lovely little hotel was booked for us by the Eurostar because it's apparently the hotel that the staff stay at when traveling.Less than 2 minutes walk from the Lille train station, this hotel was accommodating from the very moment we walked in. A calming oasis in the busy city center, with calm lo-fi playing and smiley and friendly staff behind the check-in desk and bar for drinks. The attendant booked us in quickly, handed us our room key and added "You've got the best room", exactly what we want to hear.The executive suite was spacious, with good wifi, a large bathroom and drinks and snacks waiting for us. It was so silent after a day of stress that you could watch the busy city down below but hear only a pin drop.The shower in the morning was clean and powerful, exactly what you needed after a soft and quiet night's sleep in the spacious double bed. I can't give it a 5 star review however, because there are plenty of other hotel rooms I've stayed in that are much better.We woke up feeling like the staff had looked after us, and thanked them in the morning for their service.A really great hotel for a city transfer after the Eurostar.

Margaux Sandras: Très bonne soirée passée au restaurant, des entrées et plats de qualité et bien rassasiants, un service agréable. Seuls bémols, pas de plat du jour ni de pêche du jour comme indiqués au menu. Et le thé gourmand un peu léger niveau pâtisseries servies. Cependant nous retenons un agréable moment passé au Crowne Plaza !

I paid 120 euros for a screen for my Samsung 6 months later to the day the screen no longer works. he sees a micro scratch on the tempered glass protection it's because of that then I remove the tempered glass not a single scratch not a knock on the screen and now it's still my fault I pressed too loud on the screen. any pretext is good for not repairing the screen despite the warranty. although the screen has no scratches, I'm the liar. I thought I had to do with honest people in the end it is far from being the case. STORE TO AVOID

Il etait sensé réparé le tel en 2h soit disant alors qu'il n'as rien fait de tout ça il a fait plus de dégât j'ai été dans un autre magasin plus professionnel il ma dit que ça se réparé pas en 2h mais 24h je devais en avoir pour 39€ mais avec les dommage que ce jeune à fait jen ai pour 59€ donc je vous le déconseille amermant daller faire quoi ce soit en réparation de tel ou autre électronique !
