Le seul point positif que je trouve à cette auto-école c'est le moniteur que j'ai eu "H", très professionnel et sa façon d'apprendre est plaisante. Tout le reste n'est que mauvaise organisation.Je me suis réinscrit fin Août de cette année en expliquant bien avant cela que fin Janvier/début Février je devais quitter la région et donc je voulais savoir si j'allais avoir assez de temps pour faire mes 20h de conduite, suite à ça on me dit oui oui pas de problème. Alors certes il y a eu le confinement entre-temps mais ça n'explique pas pourquoi il manque du personnel suite à "un congé mater" (c'était en Septembre) que je sache un congé mater ça se prévoit à l'avance (je mets en cause l'auto-école et non pas la maman) donc aucune excuse. Ensuite en trois mois j'ai eu seulement 5h de conduite, là encore il faut m'expliquer comment je peux avoir uniquement 5h sur trois mois en étant ouvert 6 jours sur 7 et étant moi-même TOUTES DISPOS (je le suis encore maintenant) !!! Et ce que je trouve le plus honteux c'est qu'après le confinement on me dit donner la priorité à ceux qui ne sont pas en début de cycle mais il me semble que comme tout le monde j'ai payé mon permis et que j'ai le droit à cette formation !Le personnel est mal géré, trop d'étudiants et derrière incapables de s'en occuper, nous sommes des vaches à lait. Toujours est-il qu'à l'heure actuelle cela fait plus de deux semaines que j'ai réussi tant bien que mal à vous avoir au téléphone où vous m'aviez assuré au vu de ma situation que vous alliez faire le nécessaire rapidement pour me donner des heures. J'attends toujours, en attendant vous ne répondez jamais au téléphone malgré mes 60 appels, ni sur aucun réseaux et encore moins pas email. Je dois payer le train pour venir sur Lille ce qui explique que je ne vienne pas directement. Aujourd'hui il était impossible de vous avoir au téléphone, celui-ci étant sur répondeur directement ?Je ne suis pas le seul comme je vous l'ai déjà dit à me plaindre de ce manque de rigueur.Cordialement.
