J ai ete obligée de me rendre en magasin quelques jours plus tard pour avoir quelques infos sur le SAV concernant cette lampe. Le 1er juillet j appelle à nouveau le magasin pour savoir ce qu il en est. On me dit que justement la lampe doit quitter l entrepot le lundi 3 juillet. Nous sommes le 13 juillet toujours pas de news. J ai appelé aujourd hui à 6 reprises le magasin Printemps Lille toujours pour avoir des nouvelles de la lampe... Aucune réponse! Personne ne répond!!! Inadmissible. Vraiment je ne ferai plus d achat d articles pouvant nécessiter un SAV au Printemps! A éviter pour les achats autres que vêtements/chaussures!
