Jean-Luc PINTO: Refusal to refund an item that a seller had certified to me before purchase that it was eligible for the return policy. I had taken the precaution of asking the question and finally they explained to me that it was noted on the receipt issued following payment. The error of a saleswoman must therefore be borne by the customer....Following this incident I sent an email to customer service which I am still waiting 2 months after the return. Arnaud Galez: Expérience mitigée: adhésion à la carte printemps VISA, l’offre de bienvenue permet d’avoir 15% de remise sur l’ensemble du magasin, sauf marques « point rouge », je demande à leur collaboratrice si Hugo Boss fait partie de ces exceptions ou non, après double vérification de sa part, on nous annonce que non. Bonne nouvelle!Nous augmentons notre budget en conséquence, une fois arrivé en caisse, changement de version, impossible d’avoir un dialogue, nous avons payé plein pot.Heureusement j’ai fais appelé au service client quelques jours après qui a pu me faire un remboursement du montant qui aurai du être déduit.Dialogue de sourd avec leur collaborateur et impossible le jour de l’adhésion de voir un superviseur.

Still waiting for a decision feedback from an entity or someone's signature. Recruiters ask for proof of training validation from young people who therefore see a job pass under their noses because of the heaviness AND the administrative slowness. Obviously no problem encountered by the administration at the beginning of each year to claim the cost of the training. Ashamed.

The school is geared towards the professional world and the outside contributors are diverse and numerous. Solidarity between students is one of the strengths of the school, as well as with teachers. The ISA is a big family.

Tanguy Bernard: Je suis actuellement en fin de 2ème année à l’ISA de Lille.L’enseignement est intéressant car ce n’est pas juste une préparation maths/physique/chimie mais nous avons des cours spécialisés (sciences du sol, physiologie animale et végétale …) dès la première année.Les professeurs sont passionnants et disponibles ; nous avons également de nombreux cours et TP en petits groupes.Nous avons beaucoup de stages durant notre cursus, cela nous permet de découvrir les différents métiers et ainsi de pouvoir affiner notre projet professionnel.Concernant la vie étudiante de l'école, il y a une vie associative dynamique (une vingtaine d’associations et de nombreux événements organisés durant l’année) et aussi une très bonne ambiance. J’ai pu me constituer un super groupe d’amis.J’avais été accepté également dans d’autres écoles d’ingénieur agronome et je ne regrette pas mon choix !Je vous recommande l’ISA si vous êtes passionnés par l’un des domaines de l’école.

La période de confinement ne doit pas être simple pour se faire une idée des écoles, et choisir son orientation. C'est pourquoi, je vous explique ici mon point de vue sur l'école.Je suis arrivée début septembre sur Lille. J'ai été ravie en découvrant l'école. Le cadre est d'une part très agréable, l'école très bien située. La formation est très complète : même si l'école est tournée vers la biologie, l'enseignement est large, nous avons des cours d'économie, de langues, et de communication. Je suis ravie des matières de première année, la biologie y est déclinée en biologie animale, végétale et cellulaire. C'est passionnant ! Beaucoup de stages sont aussi organisés, nous permettant de passer du théorique à la pratique. Il y a une très bonne ambiance et un bon esprit d'entraide au sein de l'école. Enfin, Lille est une super ville étudiante et propose de multiples services pour aider les étudiants (logements, santé...). Je recommande +++ !

Impossible de poser une question au directeur qui était lui-même le présentateur, parti après 30 min de réunion de rentrée.J'ai même pas besoin de préciser que le prix de l'école devrait au moins permettre d'avoir une rentrée 'normale'.A voir le reste de l'année !
