Antoine Lefevre: Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon expérience récente au Casino Barrière de Lille. Je suis un client régulier, mais cette fois-ci, j'ai perdu mon ticket de parking en arrivant à 21h et en ressortant vers 21h20. Lorsque j'ai réalisé ma perte, je me suis immédiatement rendu à l'accueil pour obtenir de l'aide.Cependant, j'ai été choqué d'apprendre que le remplacement du ticket de parking était facturé à hauteur de 50€. Je trouve cela excessif, d'autant plus que j'ai un ami qui avait également perdu son ticket par le passé et qui ne s'était jamais vu demander une telle somme. Dans son cas, le personnel avait gentiment résolu le problème gratuitement.De plus, je tiens à souligner le manque de communication de la part du casino. Je trouve qu'il est primordial d'informer les clients de tout changement ou de toute nouveauté, surtout lorsqu'il s'agit de facturer des frais supplémentaires. Pourquoi ne pas envoyer un simple SMS, comme vous le faites si bien pour annoncer les concours ? Il est évident que lorsque vous souhaitez faire payer vos clients, vous ne prenez pas la peine de les avertir que la perte d'un ticket de parking coûte désormais 50€.Dans l'ensemble, mon expérience au Casino Barrière de Lille a été décevante. Le service client n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes et les frais exorbitants pour la perte d'un ticket de parking sont inacceptables. Je réfléchirai à deux fois avant de revenir dans cet établissement.

Il demande à voir la pièce d'identité de mon tiers se rengorgeant que la police pouvant contrôler il faut toujours avoir sa pièce d'identité sur soi. Discours hallucinant sur les forces de l'ordre. Egalement très impoli se moquant en félicitant les autres clients arrivant avec pièce d'identité et capture d'écran du mail déjà préparés.
