Se aprovecharon de que yo no estaba en el momento de la salida para sacarme cosas que ya estaban y como mi compañero utilizaba la cocina y baño pusieron que estaba sucio cuando yo ya me había ido y era mi compañero quien lo estaba utilizando. Their behaviour is so bad and see people like up to down! They think they are the best people on the Earth, so rude.It is too expensive and really not worth it. They reduced 90€ of my deposit just because there are some hair and stain on the floor which can be easily removed!It means they get money twice for cleaning the room, once at the beginning of your entry when they give you the clean room they charge you and the other time is when you leave the room. They NEVER told me or it is not written anywhere that you are charged because you do not tidy the room.
