Mx HBT: ARNAQUE EN BANDE ORGANISÉE !Il n’y avait personne mais j’ai eu 20 min d’attente pour une chicha et un thé (incompétence).Le serveur me demande ce que je veux fumer et ils ont l’air d’avoir pas mal de goût (seul point positif mais insuffisant).Ils ont décidé de m’apporter une chicha VIP Premium Deluxe Gold Supreme ++ apparemment sans m’en parler… (en vrai elle est basique)Ensuite, je suis contraint de me lever pour payer tout de suite au milieu de ma session (jamais vu ça !)On m’annonce 28€, je demande une explication… Le serveur et la serveuse me disent que ce sont les prix… et que j’ai fumé sur + de 200€ de matos… (mdr c’est une chicha à 100€ max et j’ai rien demandé moi… ils se sont cru sur les champs élysée…)Je précise que ce n’est pas ce qu’il y a d’écrit sur la carte et que même à Paris je ne paye pas ce prix là, le serveur ne connaît pas sa carte, je lui montre et il se trouve bien embêté car il y a marqué boisson offert alors il explique que c’est des soft et pas le thé et qu’il fait des concours de chicha…Ensuite à la fin les habitués restent mais on vous pousse à la sortie…Pour finir, je constate que ma carte de crédit est en « pending » et la banque m’informe que le débit est donc susceptible de changer !(Les gars, je vous laisse m’encaisser un autre montant si vous voulez éviter une fermeture administrative… je pense que vous avez joué avec la mauvaise personne)Jamais je ne reviens, ils ont salit le nom de Darna…Pire expérience insupportable et ce qu’il n’a pas compris c’est que je ne vais pas m’arrêter là avec lui !

Il y avait un karaoke desastreux et donc aucune musique pendant notre session.LE PIRE arriva lors du paiement : le TPE ne fonctionnait pas. Ils nous ont envoyé retirer a 1h du matin de l'argent au distributeur de proximité.Gardant l'un d'entre nous dans le salon a chicha. Le distributeur était finalement hors service ils nous ont fais patienter PLUS DE 45 minutes jusqu'a temps que je trouve moi même une solution. De plus je me suis senti agressé par le nain de gerant lors de ce problème.Aucune offre commercial lors de cet incident : un conseil FUYEZ.De plus il y a eu un passage de la police pendant notre session...
