Je mets un avis suite Ă une situation vu hier soir dâun jeune homme hautain avec une employĂ©e pour une simple histoire de boisson dans le frigidaire. Il est vrai que le personnel nâes pas trĂšs souriant mais ils restent tous professionnel et aimable. Et lorsque que nous regardons objectivement, a chaque fois que je mây rends ce sont toujours les clients qui sont mĂ©prisants envers eux. Si les clients leurs apportaient plus de respect et de bienveillance, il y aurait moins de commentaires nĂ©gatifs. Bon courage aux employĂ©s et plus encore Ă la jeune femme dâhier soir qui a su rester patiente.
